•  Monitor and optimize all social media marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and
  overall ROI
• Ensure KPIs are on track to achieve monthly targets
• Develop new tactics to optimize social media marketing efforts

Manage Social Media Marketing Budget

• Control all daily, weekly, and monthly social media marketing spends across all platforms

Test And Source New Advertising Solutions And Tools

• Constantly strive to find new solutions and tools that can up-level team efficiency and
  effectiveness

Construct Actionable Insights And Best Practices

• Analyze all social media marketing efforts and key metrics daily
• Liaise with various departments, providing best practices and actionable insights
• Report paid campaign results back to key stakeholders
• Research and champion the latest developments in social media marketing strategy, emerging
  platforms, advertising innovation, and the competitive landscape

Skills And Knowledge Required:

• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of and experience using various social media marketing platforms
• 3+ years’ experience managing social media advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimization
• Proven track record of effective budget management
• Experience with analytics and insights
• Experience in team management and development
• Knowledgeable of the martial arts or general sports media industry
• Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
